…I had a good “run”

After a knee injury a few years ago, I can’t really run like I used to, which is a huge bummer for me.  But recently, I’ve been able to run a bit more than I used to, 3 minutes running, 2 minutes walking, for a 20-30 minute span.  Slow running, mind you, but running.

Today, I did 1.5 miles in 20 minutes.  That doesn’t sound like a lot, I know, but it’s better than I’ve been able to do in over three years!
