Just kind of meandering on the lake today, we happened upon this house with a MegaSlide into the water. Holy crap!
We pulled up to the house and complimented the owners, who happened to be outside.
“You wanna go down it?”
Uh, yeah!
And, damn, wouldn’t you know, I can’t upload the darn video!!!!
Regardless, it was a blast.

I’ve never been to a Cowboy Mouth concert before, but I’ve heard good things about them. But tonight, I was inducted into the crowd. And yes, they were as great as everyone has ever told me they would be.

Lately, I’ve heard several recommendations for WalMart jeans, with women saying they fit better than any designer jeans they’ve ever owned. Now, I haven’t bought clothes at WalMart since I could buy clothes for myself, but my friend Jen recently became a convert, so I decided to give them a try. And, OMG, I am loving them!!

I never realize how bad my hair has started looking until I go to get a haircut. The last time I had it cut was at Christmas, so it’s been five months. This time, in addition to two inches off the bottom, I had her give me much shorter layers than I’ve done in the past. I walked out of the salon feeling five pounds lighter, and much sexier!

I made Amaretto Chicken for the first time in a long while, and the sauce was just as good as I remember it being. I wonder how well it would go with beef…

I’ve been so busy lately, working full time now and stuff going on a lot of nights and all weekend, and my house is a complete wreck! But I had an evening to myself tonight, with no plans, and got some cleaning done. Picked up some stuff, washed the sheets, cleaned the kitchen…one of these days I’ll have the time to vacuum….
